Having considered the demand of the European Women’s Foundation from Luxemburg and the Advocates for Human Rights from the USA regarding the column by Milan Ivkošić (“Them”) published in Večernji list on June 14, the Council has concluded that Ivkošić’s hate speech constitutes a violation of the Code of Honour.
